I have been in the real estate business since 2007 full time and have wife and 2 loving boys in my family. I enjoy my profession very much. With my previous career as a marketing manager, I understand the importance of professional photography, staging, and first impressions when listing a home. I understand that real estate transactions can be complex and for that, I spend extra time with my clients to ensure that they have a clear understanding of every step of the buying and selling process. This is extremely important to me because I am a major part of their largest purchase of a lifetime.
I am experienced and proficient in reading and understanding all the real estate contracts and aspects related to buying and selling properties and at the same time, I have a wide network of interior designers, house cleaners, contractors, handymen, and landscapers to make sure your home is displayed in the best possible light of showings. On the other hand, I am experienced in helping buyers find their dream home in the shortest possible time and making the total process very simple and smooth for them.
