Meet Amanitveer

Amanitveer Duhra is a determined individual pursuing a career in real estate, business, and juris doctor. Mr. Duhra has over 6 years of experience in business practice for the position of account executive and manager at AVT Transportation Inc. In 2022, he received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Chico. Mr. Duhra attained his real estate license in December 2023. He excels in negotiations, attention to detail, and strong critical thinking. Mr. Duhra has 1 younger sister and is the only son of the family. He was born in Punjab, India, and migrated to the U.S. when he was eight years old. As an immigrant, he knows the struggles of new home buyers and aims to assist in the most precise ways possible. Amanitveer aims to become a full-time entrepreneur, pursue his own brokerage, and attain his juris doctorate to practice real estate law. What sets him apart from the rest is, he is very well connected and has a good sphere of influence. You would like to be represented by an individual who is known by many in the area. 

Mr. Duhra enjoys attending social gatherings with his mentor(s) and friends. He has a passion for muscle cars since he was a teenager.  Mr. Duhra loves to spend his time traveling since visiting new places excites him.  Powerlifting is a therapeutic hobby that he enjoys the most.  He aims to compete one day in a powerlifting competition.

Mr. Duhra's background encourages him to deliver top-notch service to clients since he understands the difficulties of buying a home as an immigrant. Mr. Duhra's major purpose as a real estate agent is to make each client feel comfortable and complacent.
