Meet Annie

Annie grew up in Tucson and Kingman, AZ and moved to California in 2001. She met her fiancé during the pandemic and they plan to marry in 2026. She currently lives in Rancho Cordova with her two daughters, Kylie and Kelsey, and her rescue dog named Angel.

Annie started her career as an escrow assistant and worked her way up to being a successful escrow officer in 1998. Since the beginning Annie has been focused on gaining client's trust and their repeat business. Annie is a seasoned escrow agent and over the years has helped hundreds of buyers, sellers and agents have successful closings. Annie is known for her commitment to quality, being highly organized, and customer focused. She pays close attention to detail in her transactions and is constantly striving to improve. She is admired for being honest, direct, and a person of her word.

Today, Annie is a real estate agent with one of the top leading real estate teams in the Sacramento area and Annie is still focused on continued growth and building her skills and knowledge. She has helped clients close deals on single family transactions, new construction, land sales, commercial transactions and so much more. Annie has helped everyone from first time buyers to sellers doing a ‘for sale by owner’ transaction. Annie enjoys spending time with her family as well as traveling, hiking, reading, and volunteering. Annie’s goal is to continue to help clients have a smooth, successful real estate transaction.
