Meet Ben

Realtor® Ben Quenga Ragsac Jr. knows that buying or selling a home is the most significant transaction most people will ever make. For Ben, nothing is more rewarding than sharing the excitement of a new beginning with his clients.

 

Born and raised in Sacramento, Ben graduated with a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His personal and professional endeavors led him to experience living in diverse places across the United States, from Santa Barbara and San Diego to Orlando, Miami, and New Jersey. Along with a background in automotive sales and fitness, he brings over 20 years of experience working on the mortgage side of the real estate industry and has forged meaningful connections with people of all backgrounds as they made important decisions about their future.

 

Since earning his real estate license, Ben has represented buyers and sellers from Rancho Cordova to Placerville. His technical proficiencies and natural problem-solving abilities enable him to focus on finding the perfect property for his clients’ needs while overcoming any challenge that may arise.

 

In addition to real estate, Ben is a member of the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, he enjoys practicing Brazilian jiujitsu and is the owner of a successful UFC gym franchise in Placerville, with the potential to open another in Rancho Cordova.
