Josiah is passionately committed to his clients' success, delivering the best real estate experience possible. Growing up in Yuba City, CA, Josiah moved to Roseville with his family in 2017. His dedication to excellence and service began at age 10 when he started his neighborhood's first lawn and landscaping maintenance business. At 19, Josiah launched his real estate career after nearly three years in customer service, where he excelled in answering questions, alleviating concerns, and tackling challenging situations with precision.

Currently with Sac Platinum Realty, Josiah transitioned from Keller Williams Realty to join a team of top-producing agents in the Sacramento area. He specializes in helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve top dollar, save time, and navigate the real estate process step-by-step. Josiah's dream is to own his own brokerage of top-producing agents and invest in multifamily and commercial properties.
