Meet Kelan

Kelan Johnson is a Sacramento native who grew up primarily in South Sacramento and has built deep roots in the community he serves. A father of five in a blended family, Kelan understands the importance of home, family, community, and creating a foundation for the future.

His professional journey began as a lot attendant at Home Depot, where he developed an early appreciation for hard work and customer service. Kelan has since spent eight years in real estate, developing expertise in negotiation, residential real estate, investment properties, acquisitions, wholesale transactions, flips, and creative real estate opportunities.

His career has included time with eXp Realty and Sierra Bay Real Estate, a development firm where he worked extensively with property owners and sellers to identify acquisition and investment opportunities. He later returned to eXp Realty as part of Team FAST. His experience working directly with sellers and investors has strengthened his ability to understand opportunities from multiple sides of a real estate transaction.

Outside of real estate, Kelan enjoys movies, traveling, basketball, and spending quality time with his family. His long-term goals include owning land and developing a family compound while continuing to build community-centered experiences that bring people together through culture, dance, entertainment, and genuine connection.

Kelan is also passionate about organizations making a difference locally, including 100 Black Men of Sacramento and Project Optimism.

For Kelan, Sacramento real estate is about more than property—it’s about relationships, community, opportunity, and building something that lasts.
