Shannon Suter grew up in California in a large, hardworking family that instilled the ethics she has always brought to her work, whether as an EMT and medical assistant in the U.S. Air Force or helping with the family business — which restores, renovates, and resells homes.
As a real estate professional, Shannon is steeped in buying, selling, and investing in properties, with nine years of experience as a property manager before eventually becoming an agent. She says she likes the work because every day is different, and she gets to meet new people all the time — and it aligns with her core values of integrity, honesty, responsibility, and family.
With seven years of service in the U.S. Air Force, it’s no surprise Shannon is at ease with military families. She also enjoys working with first-time buyers of all stripes. She’s eager to show them the way and help them realize the dream of homeownership — and at a transaction closing, she gets a special kick out of handing them the key to their new home.
